Len Bowen is a Canadian hip hop artist based In Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – a city with a robust but often overlooked Black music scene. (Taken from his bio. I hate writing bios)
I met Len through mutuals, and I helped him with the release of his 2021 EP, Flow Nostalgic 2 (Good Years). We spoke a lot through this process, and I got to know him better as an artist and person. Len talented and respected by his community, but what really made me want to expand our working relationship is his work ethic.
There is a bit of personal care (a nice term for babysitting 😅) involved with artist management, but with Len, I find myself not having to do this.
Len's been an active artist for some time and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. It's a really great situation as we're both able to support each other on this journey.
We're going to start rolling out music very soon with an eye on a November release for the full length. There's a lot of work to do, so I should have more to share as we put things in place for Fall 2022.
